Workato is recognized as the only Customers’ Choice for Enterprise iPaaS in North America in Gartner® Peer Insights™ ‘Voice of the Customer’: Enterprise Integration Platform as a Service

Award announcement

We’re excited to announce that Workato is named the only Customers’ Choice in the 2021 Gartner “Voice of the Customer” report for enterprise iPaaS in North America!

Wondering what this report is about?

Essentially, Gartner analyzes all of the reviews collected by their in-house platform, Gartner Peer Insights, over the course of 18 months. They then distill and share these insights through their “Voice of the Customer” reports—which cover several categories—in the hopes of helping  decision makers invest in the best products for their business.

With this background in mind, let’s explore what their report for enterprise iPaaS revealed.

Workato’s place in the Gartner 2021 “Voice of the Customer” report

Similar to the Gartner Magic Quadrant—which we’re proud to be a Leader in—, Gartner Voice of Customer report uses a quadrant to break down the vendors in a given category.

The Voice of Customer report uses the ‘Overall Rating’ and ‘User Interest and adoption’ as the axes.

We are humbled to be the only vendor in the Customers’ Choice Zone for enterprise iPaaS in North America and one of two in the Leaders in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Enterprise Integration Platform as a service.

In addition, we are humbled to find that 96% of our customers told Gartner that they’d recommend us (as of 31st January, 2021). And we believe that our average rating for product capabilities and service and support puts us at the very top among enterprise iPaaS platforms.

So how, exactly, is Workato providing a uniquely valuable experience in a category that’s packed with vendors? Our customers who reviewed us on Gartner Peer Insights explain.

What customers said about using Workato

Our customers often pointed to 3 benefits of Workato’s platform:

1. It’s enterprise-grade

One reviewer explained the value they’ve seen from using Workato’s platform as well as how they’ve leveraged the platform to build an automation center of excellence:

“Workato is a powerful platform that has allowed us flexibility to build a variety of integrations and automations. Its pre-built connectors and easy to use interface allows us to drive value quickly (can set up an enterprise automation in minutes). Workato is a critical application in our Enterprise Architecture. Even with all those great things, the most important is that Workato has been an ideal partner in getting started with their solutions, building our Automation Center of Excellence, expanding the scope and impact of our automations, and being thought leaders in innovation around Enterprise Automation…”

Another reviewer highlighted the platform’s reliability and the support team’s availability and level of involvement:

“Unlike most other software I’ve used, Workato legitimately listens to its user base and actually implements most of their suggestions. Also, if you ever find yourself stuck or in a bit of a fix, you can always rely on their top notch customer support. I mean, they’re always available to jump right in and arrange a workshop, call, meeting, etc in order to resolve any issue you may be facing. Their platform is very robust and we’ve experienced hardly any major technical issues, which in my opinion, makes Workato a highly reliable platform…”

2. It’s intuitive and easy-to-use

In addition to being enterprise-grade, Workato’s platform was often cited as pleasantly simple and straightforward to use.

Here’s what one customer said:

“Excellent platform which automates workflows in business without writing manual coding. It is a very simple and fast platform.”

And, in a similar vein, here’s what another user of ours shared:

“Workato has certainly helped to automate work across my organization for a multitude of clients and data. The software is incredibly intuitive for all that it ecompasses, especially with the drag and drop UI, and is used daily personally.”

3. It allows for a wealth of use cases across the enterprise

Many of our clients also love the range of applications that Workato’s platform provides.

Here’s what one customer said about using Workato to manage incidents, employee onboarding, and role changes:

“Workato helps in automatically detecting the issues and maintaining a ticketing life cycle including auto-escalation and lets us avoid a lot of manual tracking. Information access across multiple formats is a big value add. Adds a lot of value in onboarding a new employee or during changing teams.”

On a final note, we want to thank all of our wonderful customers who took the time to review us in Gartner Peer Insights, and in other places, like TechValidate. Your innovative approaches in using Workato to deliver digital transformation truly inspire our team.
