Bringing Intelligent Automation to Israel and EMEA

February 5, 2021

When a multinational consumer manufacturing company needed to create a better customer experience, it turned to ServiceWise and intelligent automation.

When Philip Morris, a multinational consumer manufacturing company whose products are sold in 180 countries generating nearly $80 billion in yearly revenue, needed to create a better customer experience, including increasing customer conversions and improving the efficacy of responding to customer service requests, it turned to ServiceWise and intelligent automation.

Implementing Intelligent Automation

Over a three month period in the fall of 2018, ServiceWise was able to implement three instances of Salesforce for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service and then leverage Workato’s intelligent automation platform to create nearly 20 recipes connecting those clouds with multiple back-end systems like its e-commerce platform.

Workato Partners with ServiceWise

That’s why we’re pleased to announce a new partnership with ServiceWise, a Salesforce Platinum Partner based in Israel. Founded in 2008 as a consulting and implementation specialist for Salesforce CRM and the Force.com platform, ServiceWise has grown into a tech powerhouse helping more than 1,000 companies with their digital transformation challenges.

Partnership Ushers in New Era of Intelligent Automation

Over the past decade, led by co-founders Einat Tzur-Shain and Bentsi Brandes, ServiceWise has branched out beyond Salesforce into Marketing Automation, professional services, and implementation for other vendors such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Marketo. In partnering with them, we hope to bring a new era of intelligent automation to the entire Middle East region.

“This is really about enabling true digital transformation and we’re able to do that by combining our decade of SaaS expertise with Workato, which orchestrates new processes and ways for these apps to talk to one another,” says Tzur-Shain.

Increasing Accessibility of Intelligent Automation for EMEA Companies

By making Workato’s intelligent automation platform available to its customers, ServiceWise hopes to make automation and integration more accessible for EMEA companies to help their employees work smarter and more efficiently.

“With Workato, it’s a great value add for our projects because we can offer next-generation integrations and automations with almost no coding and incredible speed.” says Tzur-Shain.
