Embedded deployment environments for Embedded Partners
Beginning today, new Embedded Partners will have the ability to provision Environments for their customers. The Environments feature allows built-in access to Development, Test, and Production deployment environments, giving way for a well-structured change management process within the automation framework.
For existing Embedded Partners, this functionality will be rolled out in the next 2-4 weeks upon request, or to all partners in general availability after that. You can read more about Embedded Environments on our Product Hub.
Community Connectors: What’s new in February
This month, we're thrilled to announce 21 new or upgraded connectors to elevate your integration experience. Standout additions include Revel Systems for seamless point-of-sale transactions, Adeona PIM for streamlined product information management, and Klaviyo for turbocharged eCommerce marketing. We've also fine-tuned existing connectors like Ivanti Neurons for ITSM and D&B Connect Integrations, introducing enhancements for smoother workflows. Read the full update here.
Dependent dropdowns in Workflow apps pages
When building pages for a workflow app, you can now filter dropdown options by another page or request datapill.
Examples include showing options for cities filtered by a country dropdown, subcategories filtered by a parent category, or car makes filtered by models.
SAP OData Connector now supports OAuth
For both SAP on-premise and cloud instances, we've added new authentication support for OAuth. This authentication support allows easier integration with interfaces such as Slack or Teams while leveraging our verified user access features.
SAP RFC Connector configuration in cloud profiles
Cloud profiles now allows the management of all configurations for the SAP connections directly from the cloud.
SAP RFC Connector IDoc partner type and batch trigger support
For OPA v23.0 and above, the SAP RFC connector now supports all partner types for Inbound and Outbound IDocs, for both our IDoc triggers and actions. Additionally, batch triggers are now available for IDocs, to allow batch processing and improve recipe efficiency.
Teams Workbot: Support for long actions
When using the Teams Workbot, you can now handle user button clicks in messages within the same recipe, without invoking a separate command and recipe. This allows for modeling a whole conversation in one recipe.
This feature is available to both Standard and Enterprise Workbot users.
Timeout added to prevent simultaneous Recipe Lifecycle Management imports
To ensure consistent import behavior, we've added a 15 minute buffer between Recipe Lifecycle Management imports to the same environment. This buffer will prevent potential race conditions created by running multiple simultaneous imports.
