I am excited to share more about two major updates to the Workato ONE platform’s agentic capabilities, announced this week at the 2025 World of Workato conference.
Workato Genies for every part of the enterprise
At World of Workato 2025, we announced nearly 20 Workato Genies that are purpose built, production ready, and optimized for major functions across the enterprise.
These Workato Genies go beyond traditional AI agents – they can be customized with unique KPIs, and are equipped with the skills, actions, and enterprise context needed to handle complex, multi-step processes across the enterprise. Because Workato Genies are prebuilt on the Workato ONE platform, they can be deployed quickly and securely – in days, not months – and seamlessly connect with 10,000+ applications, knowledge bases, and enterprise data sources. Workato Genies are deployed through Workato GO, delivering the power of these agents directly to employees across the organization.
Workato Genies are packaged by enterprise functional areas, such as sales, marketing, IT, or HR & Recruiting. For example, Sales Genies includes Genies that accelerate deal cycles and boost rep productivity to drive deals. IT Genies includes Genies that resolve IT requests and manage incidents to reduce costs and accelerate issue resolution. Marketing Genies include Genies that optimize campaigns and generate leads.

Sales Genies are a suite of autonomous AI agents that accelerate deal cycles, boost rep productivity, and drive larger, faster, and more predictable deals. Sales Genies include:

IT Genies
IT Genies are a suite of autonomous AI agents that resolve IT requests, optimize software licenses, and manage incidents – reducing costs and accelerating issue resolution. IT Genies include:

Customer Experience Genies are a suite of autonomous AI agents that deliver an always-on and personalized customer experience, elevating customer success and driving renewals. Customer Experience Genies include:
- CX Genie: CX Genie autonomously orchestrates customer insights from feedback to action, turning surveys and escalations into actionable intelligence for new features and account follow-up – delivering an always-on, connected, and scalable customer experience.

- SecOps Genie: SecOps Genie autonomously monitors security alerts 24/7, analyzes threats, and executes playbook-driven responses – reducing manual investigation, boosting alert accuracy, and reducing response time, enabling a more agile and effective SecOps team.
Introducing Workato GO Action Board
Workato also unveiled Action Board, a new command center for Workato Genies.
Coming soon to Workato GO, Action Board gives employees a unified place to track Genie performance, drill into genie activities and metrics, and view and act on open-action items related to those Genies.
Action Board is more than just a static dashboard. It is an interactive workspace tailored to each role, making Genies truly actionable across the business. For example, a CEO’s Action Board may include company level KPIs for Genies, while a Customer Support Agent’s Action Board will likely focus on specific Genies and processes that are critical to their day-to-day work.
