AI by Workato

Enhancement

We’ve begun migrating legacy AI by Workato actions to the latest underlying LLM, with an AI Model control appearing after the recipe schema is refreshed. Users can select the latest model ahead of the August 30, 2026 transition, when remaining legacy actions will switch automatically. This gives teams control over the timing of their migration and access to the latest model capabilities.

Bug Fix

We’ve improved PDF processing in AI by Workato image analysis actions, converting uploaded PDFs at an appropriate resolution so each page stays within AI model image size limits.

Zendesk

Enhancement

We’ve expanded the Zendesk connector to support current custom objects, adding actions to create, retrieve, list by external ID, update, and delete records. Users can manage custom object data directly within their recipes using the latest Zendesk framework. This keeps integrations aligned with Zendesk’s supported model and prepares teams for the retirement of legacy custom objects.

Greenhouse

Enhancement

We’ve updated the Greenhouse Harvest v3 connector with the latest OAuth scopes covering jobs, openings, job owners, candidates, applications, offers, interviews, users, and other recruiting resources. Users can migrate from API key authentication to OAuth v3 and request exactly the permissions their recipes need. This supports a smoother authentication experience and stronger alignment with Greenhouse’s recommended integration approach.

We’ve refined custom field handling across create, update, list, search, and webhook actions, so currency, range, pick-list, and multi-select fields use the expected formats. Users can access dynamic custom fields when listing openings and users, with unsupported properties automatically excluded from writes. This reduces API validation errors and makes custom field configuration more straightforward.

Bug Fix

We’ve strengthened sample output generation for the Greenhouse Search objects (v3) action when the cursor field is mapped to a pagination datapill. This makes it easier to build and test pagination-based search recipes.

We’ve enhanced the Update a job action so mapped user IDs are sent for user-type keyed custom fields, along with the Greenhouse-supported format for number and currency ranges across create, update, webhook, and REST actions.

Workday

Enhancement

We’ve expanded the New/updated business object in batch trigger to support the Candidate business object. Users can build recipes that process new or updated candidates alongside job requisitions. This broadens the range of recruiting workflows teams can automate with Workday.

Bug Fix

We’ve enhanced the Call Operation action to support custom XML in the Business Object Additional Data and Additional Data fields, preserving raw XML without escaping and retaining original prefixes for namespaced elements. This provides greater flexibility for advanced Workday integrations.

Workato Data Tables

Enhancement

We’ve added a Batch delete by condition action to the Workato Data Tables connector, allowing records to be deleted in bulk based on specified filter conditions. Users can review the number of records deleted directly from the action’s output. This makes bulk data management faster and easier to confirm.

Bug Fix

We’ve improved table reference resolution for actions that use mapped object fields. Users can view and validate affected recipes with the referenced table name displayed and confirmed. This creates a more transparent experience when working with dynamic table references.

Workato EDI

Enhancement

We’ve expanded Workato’s EDI solution (powered by Orderful) to support EDI/B2B transactions using arbitrary file payloads that fall outside standard EDI message formats, such as XML or custom flat positional files. Users can take advantage of new Download transaction file and Send transaction file actions, alongside updated existing triggers and actions.

Github

Enhancement

We’ve added a Get PR or Issue details action to the Github connector. Users can retrieve information about a specific pull request or issue directly for use in downstream workflow steps. This streamlines building recipes that respond to development activity.

NetSuite REST

Enhancement

We’ve enhanced the Create a record action for customer payments to expose the Customer field. Users can associate payments with the customer directly within the action. This improves accuracy when automating NetSuite payment workflows.

SFTP

Enhancement

We’ve simplified SFTP connection logging by removing unnecessary SSH agent warnings that appear when an agent isn’t configured. This makes troubleshooting SFTP recipes quicker and more straightforward.

Wrike

Bug Fix

We’ve expanded the New/Updated Task trigger to expose effort allocation, responsible placeholder IDs, and recurrence fields as datapills under Fields to retrieve, with the real-time trigger including the full effort allocation details. This gives teams more visibility and flexibility when automating Wrike workflows.

We’ve strengthened the New/updated task real-time trigger to preserve decimal values in Number-type custom fields. This ensures Wrike data flows through recipes with the precision teams need.

We’ve improved recipe editor responsiveness when switching between steps containing Wrike actions by limiting the number of folder options displayed. Users can continue selecting existing folders or entering folder IDs manually, with custom field selections unchanged.

Jira

Bug Fix

We’ve strengthened Jira OAuth handling so successful write actions, such as issue creation, aren’t retried unnecessarily. Each trigger event creates a single Jira issue, with connections recovering when Jira reports an expired token as an anonymous-user error.

We’ve enhanced OAuth connections to detect expired credentials, allowing eligible read requests to refresh authentication and recover automatically, with retries limited to read operations.

Asana

Bug Fix

We’ve expanded the New task event trigger to start jobs when tags are added to or removed from tasks in a selected project, while filtering duplicate notifications for task membership changes. Users can automate tag-based workflows with a single job firing per update.

Confluence

Bug Fix

The error that prevented the Confluence “Get page by ID” action from running is fixed. Users can expect the action to return the requested page information as expected.

Docusign

Bug Fix

We’ve enhanced DocuSign connections using JWT authentication so a new access token can be obtained without prompting for consent again once initial consent has been granted. Users can maintain long-running connections without repeated consent steps.

Outlook

Bug Fix

We’ve strengthened the Outlook connector to send emails with large UTF-8 attachments containing non-ASCII characters, such as accents and umlauts. This broadens support for international file names and content.

Pipedrive

Bug Fix

We’ve enhanced the Pipedrive v2 New/updated record (batch) trigger to handle Deals with an empty or invalid Expected close date, returning the affected date as null while continuing to process the Deal and other valid records.

Quickbase

Bug Fix

We’ve strengthened Quickbase custom actions to replace expired ticket or user token URL parameters with valid connection credentials.

Sage Intacct

Bug Fix

We’ve enhanced authentication in the Sage Intacct connector to support connections using a company-owned Sender ID, including multi-entity configurations with a Location ID. Users can authenticate successfully with these credentials, for both existing and new connections.

SAP SuccessFactors

Bug Fix

We’ve enhanced record retrieval, upsert, update, merge, and multi-object batch upsert actions to return a validation message when a DateTime key field is blank or unmapped, identifying the field that needs a valid value.

ServiceNow

Bug Fix

We’ve expanded the ServiceNow connector to support attachment file names containing spaces or special characters in the upload attachment action. Users can upload files with a wider range of file names and get visibility into search results.
