Platform Connector – March 2026
SFTP
Enhancement
We’ve expanded the SFTP Server with a new “Change Permission of a File” action, enabling direct modification of file permissions on the server. Users can apply permissions using either a convenient select method — specifying access levels for the file owner, group members, and all other users — or a custom method by entering a 3-digit permission code. This enhancement delivers greater control over file access and strengthens the security of files stored on the SFTP Server.
File Tools by Workato
Enhancement
We’ve expanded the unzip file size limit in File Tools by Workato, opening the door to processing larger files with ease. Users can confidently unzip files of greater sizes without any restrictions.
Workday
Enhancement
We’ve enriched the Workday connection type by enabling the On-premises (OPA) option, giving customers the ability to route Workday traffic through their on-premises agent. Users can apply this configuration across the Workday, Workday REST, and Workday Web Services adapters. This update delivers an additional layer of security and control over how Workday data flows within their environment.
Bug Fix
We’ve enriched the Positions and Job Profiles triggers by adding an “As of Effective Date” input field, bringing future-dated records into scope alongside all other records. Users can handle the full range of effective dates within a single recipe flow. This keeps workforce data integrations streamlined and comprehensive.
We’ve strengthened the Workday schema across versions 41.1, 44.1, 42.1, and 45.1 to ensure reference descriptor attributes are correctly named and mapped in MultirefArray objects. Users get complete, accurate descriptor data flowing directly into their output datapills. This delivers reliable schema behavior across all affected Workday versions.
Concur
Enhancement
We’ve expanded the Concur Connector by adding an Authorization Code OAuth option, providing users with a secure and flexible authentication method. Users can authenticate using the Authorization Code OAuth flow as a supported alternative. This enhancement strengthens the security profile of Concur integrations and broadens compatibility with OAuth-based configurations.
Zoom
Enhancement
We’ve enriched the Zoom connection experience by introducing a new scope selection field during connection setup. Users can choose from a range of granular scopes for precise control over their connection settings, or opt to connect using the default set of scopes. This update reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering a customizable and user-friendly integration experience.
SAP RFC
Enhancement
We’ve expanded the SAP RFC Connector cloud profile with support for custom Java properties, including a new “Connection count” parameter (jco.server.connection_count) to enable higher concurrency for RFC connections. Users can increase parallel processing of IDocs in real-time, non-batch scenarios, significantly improving throughput. This enhancement supports a variety of connection types — including SNC and message server setups — and handles high-volume loads with improved performance and scalability.
Zendesk
Deprecation
As part of Zendesk’s updated Developer policy, Basic authentication and Custom OAuth profiles are no longer supported for new Zendesk connections. Existing connections remain active through December 31, 2026. We recommend migrating to a supported authentication method before that date.
Confluence
Bug Fix
The “Get Page by ID” action in Confluence MCP delivers consistent, accurate page retrieval across all use cases — giving users a dependable foundation for Confluence-based automations.
AWS Connectors
Enhancement
We’ve expanded AWS connector support to include China partition endpoints and regions (amazonaws.com.cn), ensuring reliable performance when deployed on the CN datacenter. Users can leverage S3, IAM/CloudFront, STS, SES, SQS, and SNS services in CN regions with full confidence. This update includes updated host construction, base URIs, bucket-creation defaults, and QueueUrl and ARN parsing — all tailored for seamless CN datacenter compatibility.
GitHub
Enhancement
We’ve added support for optional OAuth scope picklists in the GitHub connector, giving users greater flexibility when configuring their GitHub integrations. Users can select from optional scopes to tailor the permissions for their connections. This enhancement improves customization and makes GitHub integrations more adaptable to a variety of use cases.
Google Workspace
Security Fix
We’ve strengthened the security of the Google Workspace adapter by upgrading the password hashing method to crypt with SHA-256. Users benefit from design-time and runtime validation for password input, ensuring only ASCII values are accepted. This improvement is backed by a new dedicated utility — Workato::Adapters::Utils::CryptHasher — which handles SHA-256 hash generation and cryptographically secure salt creation for consistent, reliable security.
Trello
Enhancement
We’ve expanded the Trello adapter with enhanced support for custom OAuth1 authentication flows. Users can take advantage of a new method for defining and using OAuth 1.0 parameters, including default configuration parameters and user guidance for OAuth 1.0 providers. This update broadens the list of supported attributes to include all those required for OAuth 1.0, making Trello integrations more flexible and fully featured.
Data Table
Bug Fix
The Data Table new records trigger captures incoming records accurately across all batch sizes and table configurations, keeping recipes running smoothly from the moment a new data table is referenced.
ZohoCRM and ZohoInvoice
Enhancement
We’ve introduced custom OAuth profile support for both ZohoCRM and ZohoInvoice connectors. Users can configure and manage their own OAuth profiles for more tailored and secure authentication. This addition brings ZohoCRM and ZohoInvoice in line with the flexible OAuth experience available across our connector ecosystem.
Workato EDI
Enhancement
We’ve introduced a “Data Center” dropdown in Workato EDI connection settings, making it easy to select between US and EU data centers. Users can ensure that all requests are routed to the appropriate base URL based on their selected data center. This addition supports global teams in managing their EDI connections with regional precision.
Jira Service Desk
Enhancement
We’ve added custom OAuth profile support to the Jira Service Desk connector, opening up more flexible and secure user authentication options. Users can configure custom OAuth profiles to meet their organization’s specific authentication requirements. This enhancement aligns Jira Service Desk with the broader OAuth flexibility available across our platform.
Jira
Enhancement
We’ve added custom OAuth profile support to the Jira connector, enabling more flexible and secure user authentication. Users can configure custom OAuth profiles tailored to their organization’s needs. This enhancement expands authentication options and strengthens the security of Jira integrations.
We’ve enriched the Jira connector by incorporating change detection and user-related data into the response and output schema. Users can access change-related information directly within new and updated issue actions and triggers. This improvement provides richer data context and supports more sophisticated Jira workflow automations.
Stripe
Enhancement
We’ve added custom OAuth profile support to the Stripe connector, giving users the flexibility to manage their own OAuth configurations for Stripe integrations. Users can connect to Stripe using their own custom OAuth credentials in addition to the default setup. This enhancement provides greater control and adaptability for diverse Stripe integration scenarios.
DocuSign
Enhancement
We’ve added custom OAuth profile support to the DocuSign connector, giving users the flexibility to configure their own OAuth credentials. Users benefit from improved credential management, with default credentials taking precedence when multiple OAuth applications are in use. This update ensures that sandbox and production environments are handled accurately and consistently.
XML Tools
Bug Fix
We’ve improved the “Generate XML Document from XSD” action to fully preserve all nested elements when converting from JSON to XML. Users get complete, well-structured XML output that passes validation every time. This update supports accurate handling of even the most complex XML structures.
Enhancement
We’ve enhanced the Transform XML using XSLT action with support for static assets, making it easier to manage XSLT transformations. Users can provide XSLT as a static asset, with all references and imports automatically resolved by the connector. The updated action uses the microservice by default, and users still on the legacy “Transform XML with XSLT” action are encouraged to transition for improved functionality and continued support.
Google Calendar
Bug Fix
We’ve strengthened the Create All Day Event action with a refined ±2 hour threshold for determining date formatting around DST transitions. Users can create all-day events on timezone transition days — such as the UK’s shift from BST to GMT — with consistent, accurate results. This delivers reliable event creation across all supported timezones.
NetSuite SOAP
Bug Fix
We’ve improved the error messaging system in the NetSuite SOAP connector to deliver clear, precise status information during action execution. Users see a distinct message when a Net::OpenTimeout event occurs, making it easier to interpret what happened. This gives users clarity and confidence when monitoring their NetSuite actions.
Marketo
Bug Fix
We’ve expanded the Submit Forms action to fully support forms containing rich text fields or checkboxes without labels. Users can work with a wider range of Marketo form configurations without friction. This update ensures a smooth, consistent experience across all form types.
Salesforce
Bug Fix
We’ve updated the schema generation logic for the “Create Users in Bulk from CSV,” “Update Users in Bulk from CSV,” and “Upsert Users in Bulk from CSV” actions to align field requirements with Salesforce’s own standards. Users will find that optional fields behave consistently with how they appear in the Salesforce UI. This creates a more intuitive bulk user management experience.
HTTP
Bug Fix
We’ve strengthened the OAuth 2.0 client credential grant token refresh process in the HTTP connector for more reliable, stable connections. Users connecting to services like HaloITSM via the client credentials grant flow will experience a seamless token refresh every time. This update refines both the bootstrap function and OAuth flow selection logic for accurate, consistent token management.
Coupa
Bug Fix
We’ve updated the Coupa Create Purchase Order action to align field requirements with the Coupa API documentation. The “Supplier Site” and “ship-to-address” fields are both correctly optional and the latter remains visible by default, with input values properly formatted for API requests. This makes the action more intuitive and efficient for building purchase order workflows.
