Changelog
Keep up with the latest updates we’ve made in Workato.
‘Repeat While’ loops added for all workspaces
Users can now set any condition using the standard interface to decide if actions inside loop should be executed an additional time. Actions inside the loop will be executed at least one time. Applications include pagination, repeating a fixed number of times, and repeating until condition is met. Read more about Repeat While loops here.
Relation columns in Table Storage now included in import/export
Tables imported or exported through Recipe Lifecycle Management (RLCM) now include relational/linked column data if present.
Workflow Apps now includes ability to update a linked table within request
With the new table component you can display, create, and update records of a linked data table while working with a request. This unlocks use cases like SKU/inventory updates, expense reimbursements, and others where you need to create or update multiple items in a single request.
This page component is now available for all workspaces with Workflow Apps enabled.
Update to dashboard job totals
As part of a slow rollout, some customers will now see that the Dashboard counts jobs only once, by the last repeated job (e.g. a single job that has been repeated three times and failed each time will display as one failed job in the Dashboard). This behavior matches the Jobs History table, and should result in clearer analytics about the total successful and failed job counts for a given time period.
Once released widely to all existing workspaces, this will be the default behavior for all net new workspaces.
Community Connectors: What’s new in December
We've released 17 new and updated connectors this month! Exciting additions include Google Vertex AI for advanced language models and Cybersource for seamless e-commerce payments. Also, check out enhancements like improved Acumatica ERP with added batch actions. Dive into the full update here for all the details on these connectors and more. Happy connecting!
Embedded API Enhancements
Embedded API for Jobs: You can now view recipe job information in customer workspaces. Two new endpoints are now available for a specific recipe in a customer's account - one to retrieve a list of that recipe's aggregated job information and one to retrieve one single job's metadata information by its job handle.
Delete Projects: Delete projects from your workspace after deploying to your customer accounts. This action deletes a project and all of its contents (folders, recipes, connections, and workflow apps assets).
Delete Folders: Delete folders from customer workspaces. This action deletes a folder and all of its contents (recipes and connections).
Copy a Recipe: You can now copy an existing recipe in Workato based on its recipe ID.
Cancel multiple jobs in process
You can now select multiple jobs in the Jobs History table and cancel. Only jobs in process can be canceled.
Access the Support Portal to submit tickets from any workspace
You can now access our Support Portal to get product support that's automatically tracked by our team. Submit tickets from any workspace that you're logged into without having to switch back and forth between your workspace and the workspace that you were collaborating in. This makes it a breeze for you to attach key support details like your recipe and connection ID's, creating a seamless experience between building and troubleshooting.

Search/filter by relations column in Table Storage
Relations columns allow you to link multiple data tables together with Workato Table Storage. Now, you can search and filter by the values in those relations columns, unlocking many use cases involving interconnected data tables. This functionality is available both in the Table Storage connector and UI, creating a seamless navigation experience for linked data tables.
