Gmail and Google Calendar
Google has service accounts for apps to access Google APIs programmatically via OAuth 2.0. Use service accounts to make sure connections run even when permissions for individual users change.

SFTP/On-prem files/Sharepoint
Enjoy the option of storing empty files in your file storage solutions, now that file contents are optional for these connectors.

Workday
We had to fix a couple of issues to improve the experience with authentication, input and output schema. And in more exciting news, there's a new set of endpoints that lets you read and manage your Workday Drive documents in your recipes.

Outsystems
Now you can get more specific with your JSON filters when using the search records action, by using symbols like “=”, “>” or “<”.

Sharepoint
Manage your Sharepoint files and folders in your recipes, with new actions that allow you to copy file, move file and rename file or folder.  

SendGrid
SendGrid deprecated some endpoints like create/update recipient, search recipient and add recipient to list, so we’ve removed these actions to avoid any “403 forbidden” errors.

Pipedrive
Beefed up with 5 new actions, you can now update deals, update persons, get deal-related products, create notes and create activities.

Evernote
Support for the Evernote connector has been removed, since our customers have moved on to other note taking apps, and its usage has been low. 

Our Workday connector now supports creating, updating, and retrieving not only single-instance custom objects but multi-instance ones too! This means you can attach more than one instance to a parent object, which is handy when you need to add, say, an employee's multiple COVID-19 vaccination records. 

Oh, and we've made these actions much more user-friendly too.

Our SAP certification demonstrates that our connector is reliable, secure and efficient for our customers.

This gives organizations and their IT teams confidence that our integration does not pose risks of errors, data inconsistencies, nor security breaches.

With a new configuration wizard, creating custom actions for connectors is now easier. It guides users through the setup—from testing endpoints, and generating schemas, to customizing error messages.

Picklist errors fixed
We had a little hiccup recently with the way we were handling dependent picklists. It caused 'Something went wrong' errors to pop up across a bunch of our connectors. But don't worry—we've already fixed the bug for all our connectors. 

Salesforce
We now offer a SOQL Filter query that lets you limit the platform events you receive and trigger the right workflows. So, you can focus on what matters most without getting bogged down by a flood of events. 

NetSuite
Our NetSuite connector just got a major upgrade to version 2022_2 of Suitetalk. That means you'll have access to all kinds of new fields and standard objects that come with the latest version. Plus, the connector is now officially "Built for NetSuite" Certified for NetSuite's upcoming 2023.1 release. 

ServiceNow
After many iterations to create the right experience, we're thrilled to announce that you can now download and upload attachments to ServiceNow.

SAP Concur
We just upgraded this to use V4 APIs, and have replaced some triggers and actions with new ones to help streamline your workflow. Follow our handy migration guide to make the transition nice and easy. 

SAP SuccessFactors
Our triggers for new and updated objects couldn't handle future-dated changes. But we've now added these fields called 'fromDate' and 'toDate' to both the regular triggers and the batch ones—so you can easily filter for changes.

Shopify
We've just released batch triggers for some Shopify objects, including customer, order, draft order, and product. So, if you're using any of these objects, take advantage of these batch triggers to design more efficient recipes for processing large volumes. 

OneDrive
This now comes with streaming capability, which means users can upload and download huge amounts of data in OneDrive. It's a game changer for businesses that rely on Microsoft apps, and automate data-heavy tasks with Workato. 

Webhooks
Our Workato Webhooks Connector now supports query parameters for incoming webhooks. This means you can now include custom query parameters in your webhook URLs, which will help you get even more specific with your data.

Get inspired by popular use case recipes, now available with connectors in the community library. Simply reuse them as they are—or tweak the recipes to fit your needs.

NetSuite
We have updated the field labels for this connector to be more consistent with field labels in NetSuite’s UI, so it’s easier to use.

Jira
We’ve introduced a new bulk trigger “Export new/updated issue” for higher throughput and performance when working with a large number of issues.

Workday
We have a new Workday action that allows you to list custom object definitions and define them as you like.

HubSpot
A new, simpler set of triggers and actions have been released, following HubSpot’s latest API version.

Microsoft Sharepoint/Dynamics 365
We’ve added a new type of authentication on top of OAuth: Client Credentials. This is useful for users who want to interact with Workato as an app, not an individual user.

Microsoft Dynamics 365
We’ve introduced a new bulk trigger, “Export new/updated records”. It can process an unlimited number of CSV records.

Excel
You can now create tables, get tables, create worksheets, and delete rows in your recipes.

Now three times longer, the new timeout of 90 seconds allows builders to perform more complex data transformations with larger files, using the Python connector.

Users can now leverage new BambooHR triggers and actions for HR reports and processing time-off requests.

Workday
A small improvement has been made to our Workday freeform XML feature. To make things even easier, you can get syntax highlighting when crafting your XML payload.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM
We're finally updating this connector’s name from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Microsoft Dynamics 365—so you know you're getting the latest version of the software.

BambooHR
To solve the occasional timeout issue with the new/updated employee trigger, we’ve released a reports-based trigger that aligns with BambooHR's recommendations for fetching large volumes of employee data.

Workato Files
You can now uncompress files up to 500 MB— that's a 200 MB increase from the previous limit!

Egnyte
We've introduced streaming uploads, which means we break down your files into smaller chunks and transfer them over. This means you can now transfer large volume files to Egnyte in your recipes, with ease.

Splunk
We are removing support for the Splunk connector   since our customers have moved on to other data platforms.

Facebook
Facebook (or should I say Meta?) is deprecating their v12.0 API so we’ve upgraded us to v15.0.
