    Stanley Toh is the Head of Enterprise End-user Services and Experience at Broadcom's Global Technology Organization. Stanley has been involved with processes and integration at the organization since before it was divested from Ageilent in the early 2000s. He has overseen some of the most critical integration and onboarding projects as part of Broadcom’s epic M&A activity, including CA, VMware, LSI, and others. His team of 41 manages experiences for all 50,000+ employees across the company. He has also focused on improving IT operations efficiency, and implementing digital transformation programs. Earlier in his career, he was a lecturer at the Hayworth Business School at Western Michigan University.
