Platform Connectors – August 2026
IDP by Workato
Enhancement
We’ve released IDP v4 for document processing in the IDP connector, with expanded limits of up to 50 MB per file (previously 20 MB), 50 pages per PDF (previously 15), and tables with up to 100 line items (previously 15). New actions default to v4, while existing actions stay on their selected version until they are updated manually. This lets users take advantage of the higher limits without any unexpected change in behavior for current recipes.
Salesforce
Enhancement
We’ve added automatic retries for transient connection failures in Salesforce connections. Read requests are retried for any connectivity error, while write requests are retried only when the request is confirmed not to have reached Salesforce. This improves the reliability of connector actions and platform event streams and prevents duplicate records or updates.
We’ve added an “Include automatic changes” filter to the New/Updated record (Batch) trigger for objects that support SystemModstamp. Users can now choose to include records updated by Salesforce system processes, or leave the filter off to keep using the object’s default update timestamp. This gives more control over which changes start a recipe.
Excel
Enhancement
We’ve added optional support for the Microsoft Graph Sites.Selected delegated permission to Excel connections that use the authorization code flow. Users can now grant access to specifically authorized SharePoint sites. Default permissions and consent behavior stay the same when the optional scope is not selected, and connection guidance now clearly lists the permissions requested.
MFTOps
Enhancement
We’ve introduced a new MFTOps connector with triggers for the following MFT events:
- No file detected
- File run failed
- File run successful
- File transfer stopped
Users can now use these events to automate notifications, monitoring, and follow-up actions for file transfers.
SurveyMonkey
Enhancement
We’ve revamped the SurveyMonkey connector to support MCP use cases. Users can now create, find, retrieve, and update surveys; manage pages and supported question types; create web link and email collectors; prepare invitations and add recipients; manage contact lists and contacts; retrieve survey responses; and create, list, retrieve, or delete webhooks. Pagination, filtering, templates, survey copying, question bank content, and bulk recipient and contact operations are also supported where applicable, enabling end-to-end survey management in agentic workflows.
NetSuite REST
Enhancement
We’ve added the Initialize record (Create-form) action to the NetSuite REST connector. Users can now pre-populate a target record from a reference record without saving it, then review or modify the values before creating the record. The action returns the complete transformed record, including custom fields, subrecords, and sublists.
We’ve added a replace option to NetSuite REST update, upsert, transform, and supported asynchronous batch actions. Users can now replace specified sublists, such as items or sales teams, instead of appending to the existing lines. This gives precise control over how sublist data is updated.
We’ve reduced the polling interval for asynchronous request status checks in the NetSuite REST connector to one minute. Users now receive updates sooner when long-running operations complete. This shortens the wait before downstream steps can run.
Bug Fix
We’ve updated NetSuite REST date-based triggers so they retain their initial polling start time when no records are found on the first poll. Users no longer risk missing new or updated standard and custom records after a polling delay or recipe pause. This makes trigger behavior more dependable.
Dropbox
Enhancement
We’ve added five new actions to the Dropbox connector:
- Generate a temporary file download link
- List folder contents, with pagination and a configurable page size
- List shared links for a specific path or across Dropbox
- Create a shared link for a file or folder
- Permanently revoke a shared link
Users can now manage file downloads and shared links directly from their recipes.
SAP RFC
Enhancement
We’ve added a new “IDoc Reception Strategy” connection property to SAP RFC cloud profile configuration. Users can now choose between the Legacy and SAP IDoc parsers for their connection. SAP IDoc is recommended for multi-byte character support and requires OPA v32.2 or later.
Workday
Enhancement
We’ve upgraded Workday connections to Web Services version 42.1. Version 41.1 is no longer available for new connections, and existing connections that use version 41.1 or no specified version are migrated to 42.1. This keeps Workday connections on the current API version and removes obsolete 41.1 support.
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue where new Workday OAuth 2.0 connections in Workato GO could fail after a successful SSO sign-in. Connection validation now uses compatible fallback checks. Users can now create the connection and proceed with Workday skills.
Microsoft Connectors
Enhancement
We’ve updated Microsoft OAuth connection pages to show the connected user for supported connectors, including Azure Blob Storage, Microsoft SharePoint, and Excel. Users can now confirm which account is in use before re-authenticating. This reduces the risk of permission issues caused by signing in as a different user.
Workato EDI
Enhancement
We’ve added 21 EDIFACT and nine X12 transaction types to the transaction type picklists in the Workato EDI connector. Users can now select from the formats Orderful currently supports. This keeps the connector’s options current for EDI and B2B transactions.
Box
Enhancement
We’ve added JWT authentication support to the Box connector for service accounts and managed users. Users can now configure connections with a private key, a private key passphrase, and an optional public key ID. This enables secure, unattended connections without interactive user sign-in.
CSV Tools by Workato
Enhancement
We’ve added column numbers to the Compose CSV action in CSV Tools by Workato. Users can now see which column is which while configuring the output. This makes it easier to identify and organize columns.
Zuora
Bug Fix
We’ve added an encoding compatibility update for Zuora to address non-ASCII characters displaying incorrectly when the connected application omits encoding information from its JSON responses. The update is available now and can be enabled on request. This helps text display correctly in recipes.
Slack
Enhancement
We’ve added Block Kit JSON input to the Slack connector’s Post message action. Users can now switch from the default field-based format to JSON, insert datapills into the JSON, and send Block Kit content directly to Slack. Existing field-based messages remain supported and unchanged, so rich notifications are available without affecting current recipes.
Jira
Enhancement
We’ve enabled GovCloud support in the Atlassian Jira connector through OAuth 2.0 and service account API token authentication. Users can now provide GovCloud OAuth app credentials in the connection’s Advanced settings. Existing authentication methods remain unchanged, and “Service account (API token)” is now labelled “Service account (Cloud – API token)” for clarity.
We’ve added support for creating and updating assignments using a Jira project issue type ID. Users can now use the issue type ID in place of the previous issue type fields. Existing integrations that use the previous fields remain supported for backward compatibility.
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue where Jira updated-issue triggers could stop processing and unsubscribe their webhooks when Jira returned a blank update timestamp. Backup polling now handles blank timestamps safely. Recipes now stay active and continue processing Jira issue events.
Marketo
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed the “Schedule campaign or smart campaign” action so campaigns run at the specified date and time instead of about five minutes after the request. Existing recipe inputs are unchanged. Users can now schedule campaigns with accurate timing.
We’ve added an encoding compatibility update for Marketo to address garbled Japanese and other non-ASCII text when responses omit encoding information. The update is available now and can be enabled on request. This helps text display correctly in recipes.
ZoomInfo
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue where recipes using the “Updated event in ZoomInfo” trigger could fail to start with a 400 error during webhook registration. Webhook subscriptions are now registered successfully. Users can start these recipes without the error.
Greenhouse
Enhancement
We’ve added support for the following OAuth scopes in the Greenhouse connector:
- harvest:job_hiring_managers:create (Harvest v3)
- harvest:job_interviews:list (Harvest v3)
- harvest:job_candidate_attributes:list
- harvest:focus_candidate_attributes:list
- harvest:interview_media:list
- harvest:approval_flows:replace_approver_groups (custom scope)
- Additional Harvest scopes for listing scorecard attributes, questions, and options, and for creating and updating scorecards
Users can now select these scopes in the connection permissions picklist to authorize the related actions without connection errors.
SFTP
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue where the SFTP new or updated CSV file trigger could stop processing files that contain invalid encoding characters. Malformed characters are now safely replaced. Processing continues and later files are detected.
Microsoft Dynamics
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue in Microsoft Dynamics 365 where the Create Object and Update Object actions could fail for custom lookup fields when the entity name differed from the registered relationship name. Lookup relationships are now resolved from Dynamics 365 metadata. This ensures the correct navigation property is used.
Outlook
Bug Fix
We’ve updated Outlook actions to omit unmapped or empty optional fields from requests. This prevents validation errors when creating or updating calendar events and contacts and when creating calendars. Values explicitly set with clear or blank formulas are unchanged, and empty lists are preserved where needed.
Oracle E-Business Suite
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue in the Oracle E-Business Suite connector where certain interfaces were not displayed and input schemas failed to load for Execute PL/SQL operations, including Create Vendor Contact. Operations with a single schema type now load as expected. Users can see and use these interfaces again.
NetSuite SOAP
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue where NetSuite SOAP New/Updated Batch triggers failed to find records when the search criteria used custom fields with underscores in their IDs. These triggers now recognize such custom fields. Users get the matching records picked up as expected.
Wufoo
Enhancement
We’ve added a text-entry toggle for the Form name field in Wufoo triggers. Users can now enter the form name manually. The field supports static text only, because the selected form determines the trigger’s available output fields.
ElevenLabs
Enhancement
We’ve expanded the ElevenLabs connector with actions to update voice settings, delete voices, and clone voices from uploaded audio samples. Voice details now include subscription information, and Generate audio adds streaming support and returns the output format, file name, and Base64-encoded audio. Connection test failures also return clearer error messages.
FTP/FTPS
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue that caused FTP/FTPS uploads to time out when a server advertised a passive-mode IP address different from its control host. Uploads now connect to the passive IP the server provides. Users can complete these uploads successfully.
HTTP Connector
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue where copied HTTP action steps kept sending query parameters from the original GET configuration after the method was changed to POST, PUT, or PATCH. Those parameters are no longer sent. This prevents hidden parameters from being included in requests unexpectedly.
Xero
Enhancement
We’ve expanded the Xero connector with actions to email invoices, create repeating invoices, allocate credit notes to invoices, and list items. Users can now filter invoice and contact searches by due dates, amounts, contact details, invoice type, supplier status, archived contacts, and date ranges, and use optional pagination on searches and supported list actions. Invoice and bill creation can also omit CurrencyCode to use the organization’s base currency, and draft invoices can be reassigned to another contact.
Wrike
Enhancement
We’ve added space-scoped support to the Wrike List custom fields and List workflows and statuses actions. Users can now retrieve configuration data for a specific space. This makes it easier to work with space-level configuration in integrations.
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue in the Wrike New event trigger where fields containing lists of IDs, including Added responsibles, Added parents, and Approver IDs, returned blank values in downstream recipe steps. These datapills now resolve with the values Wrike provides. Users can map them reliably in later steps.
Amazon S3
Bug Fix
We’ve improved the reliability of the Amazon S3 Download file action when streaming large files. Users should see fewer intermittent connection errors, 503 responses, and timeouts. This reduces the need for manual reruns.
Google BigQuery
Bug Fix
We’ve fixed an issue where a Google BigQuery connection was marked “Connection Lost” after a recipe encountered a permissions error. The affected job now fails without changing the shared connection status. Other recipes that use the connection are no longer disrupted.
We’ve also fixed an issue where an invalid field in a BigQuery custom SQL query was treated as an authorization error and disconnected the service account connection. The query now fails with a request error. The connection stays active.
Expensify
Enhancement
We’ve added an Export reports action to the Expensify connector. Users can now generate and download report exports using configurable filters and output settings, in CSV, TXT, JSON, XML, XLS, XLSX, and PDF formats. The action supports templates with FreeMarker syntax without URI errors.
Shopify
Bug Fix
We’ve updated the Shopify New/Updated Customer triggers, including the batch variant, to expose currency and tax exemptions as datapills. Users can now use these values in recipe actions. This makes customer data more complete for downstream steps.
QuickBooks
Enhancement
We’ve expanded the QuickBooks connector to support all configured custom fields for invoices, sales receipts, estimates, bills, checks, credit memos, and expenses. Users with connections authorized with the required custom-field permission can now use text, number, date, and dropdown fields in supported create, update, get, search, and new or updated record operations. Custom fields are available as inputs and datapills even when no sample data exists, and read operations return complete custom-field values.
