    Instructor-Led Training involves live, interactive training sessions conducted by an expert instructor with field experience, providing hands-on guidance and real-time feedback to help participants effectively use and implement Workato.

  • What are the benefits of Instructor-Led Training compared to On-Demand training on the Workato Academy?

    Instructor-Led Training offers a multitude of benefits that will promote a better learning experience to trainees.
    - Face-to-face interactions: Instructors are able to answer questions, provide feedback/advice, and adjust their pace based on the learner’s needs.
    - Hands-on learning: ILT can include practical activities, simulations, and group activities.
    - Personalization: ILT allows instructors to tailor the curriculum and teaching styles to the audience’s persona, as well as the apps they are familiar with.
    - Greater focus: ILT, overall, provides a better environment to learn. With less distractions and more emphasis on focusing on the instructor, learners are able to more easily absorb the content taught in ILT sessions compared to On-Demand training.
    - Team learning & collaboration: ILT can help teams learn better by sharing ideas/solutions, working with groups, and bonding.
    - Hear from the experts: We bring in practitioners from the field, so you will hear from folks who have a ton of experience and can speak to it.
