March 2020 Product Newsletter
We hope everyone is staying safe at home or sheltering in place. At Workato, everyone is hunkering down while continuing to build new features. Read on to learn about everything we released in March.
Create simpler, more intuitive API URLs
The naming of your API URLs is important for your brand, improving discovery, and consumption of your APIs. Now, with Custom Domain for APIs, you can easily customize the API URLs to make them more user-friendly and human-readable.
Make standups a breeze for virtual teams
With more of us working remotely from virtual offices, teams are spread across geographies and timezones. Standup Bot makes it incredibly easy to keep teams in sync and engaged with daily check-ins.
Secure workflows with Workbot for Microsoft Teams
Workato’s Workbot for Microsoft Teams can now authenticate user credentials and only let authorized users complete the requested actions, increasing security. Turn on this feature by selecting the “Verify user access at runtime” option in the recipe settings.
Efficiently manage data flow for batch operations
When moving large amounts of data between apps, sometimes the upstream app publishing data has a larger batch size than the batch size of the downstream app consuming the data. The “Repeat in Batches” feature enables users to easily process such a data movement without having to build extra recipe logic, saving time on build and error handling.
