Changelog
Keep up with the latest updates we’ve made in Workato.
Calculated Columns for Insights
Insights now enables customers to track KPIs and quantify the value of their automations with Calculated Columns:
- Calculate automation ROI, total cost of ownership, and department-specific pricing based on unit costs.
- Measure elapsed time between events to track Mean-Time-to-Resolution (MTTR) and ensure teams meet SLAs.
- Convert transaction dates into financial quarters or create department-specific views from existing datasets.
Learn more in our Insights documentation.
Dashboard Filters for Insights
Workato introduces Dashboard Filters for Insights, which bring dynamic, interactive reporting. This allows users to put more focus on specific projects, time periods, or workflows with a simple click:
- Instant Data Slicing: Filter dashboards effortlessly without any query knowledge.
- Contextual Views: Default filter values ensure dashboards start with the right context.
- Empowered Exploration: Pre-set filter groups let viewers zoom into specific teams, dates, or workflows.
- Seamless Comparisons: Container-level filters make comparing date ranges effortless.
Filter Group is available in the components panel in Insights.
Workato Insights: Now Generally Available
The Workato Insights platform is now generally available to customers. Workato Insights can be used to measure platform usage, automation impact and ROI, and process and Workflow App analytics, all with a no-code widget and query builder experience.
