• Retrieve and list data from Conga for objects including accounts, cart line items, contracts, contacts, opportunities, product configurations, price lists, document information, document metadata, and documents as PDF.

• Query records for key entities such as accounts, contacts, eSigned documents, and opportunities.

• Update records including accounts, contacts, contracts, and opportunities.

• Generate documents using Conga templates and automation capabilities.

• Download documents for further processing or archival.

• Send emails directly through Conga workflows.

Enhancement

GraphQL

Enhancement

GraphQL is a data query and manipulation language for APIs. Workato’s GraphQL connector enables you to query and mutate records from any application that supports GraphQL API.

It dynamically introspects the application schema to see what resources are available, and it automatically generates the input and output fields for you. This allows you to build GraphQL queries through the Workato user interface without having to learn the query language.

Amazon Lex

Enhancement

Amazon Lex is a service for building conversational interfaces into any application using voice and text.

Enhancements made:

• Added new IAM Role auth type similar to other Amazon connectors

• Added new signature generation method to support both auth types

• Added new Amazon Lex v2 actions: search, get records, create, update, and recognize text

• Deprecated old Amazon Lex v1 actions

Enhancement

Its community-based approach to crowdsourcing data gives users maximum coverage while ensuring data accuracy.

Enhancements made:

• Updated the Search action to use the latest People Search API endpoint.

Important: The search action with the People object uses Apollo’s new People API Search endpoint, which fetches full profile data in batches of 10 records per call. For example, if your search returns 100 people, the action will make 10 consecutive API calls to retrieve complete profile information. Additionally, there are a few schema changes in the output to make the connector compliant with the new API responses.
