- Dropbox MCP Server: Search files, browse folder contents, retrieve file metadata, access file content, organize folders, and share files through links — all from natural conversation.
- Freshdesk MCP Server: Search tickets, retrieve details and conversation threads, monitor agent queues and SLA compliance, create and update tickets, and add replies or internal notes — all from natural conversation.
