Credit Model for Workato Embed — Now Generally Available
The Credit Model is now fully supported for Workato Embed, unlocking Agent Studio, MCP, Data Pipelines, and more for Embed customers — at full parity with Direct.
- Full Credit Model Support — Embed supports all aspects of the credit model: platform editions, usage metering, reporting, and observability. New credit capabilities light up in Embed on day one going forward.
- Credit Billing & Usage Dashboards — Embed Partners get aggregate account-level reporting across all End Customers with drill-down per workspace; End Customers get their own self-serve dashboard to monitor usage and manage billing.
- Credit Limit Enforcement — Partners can configure custom credit limits per workspace. When a limit is hit, all assets pause automatically — and auto-restart when the limit is reset or increased. No manual intervention needed.
- Platform Editions + New Starter Tier — Platform Editions are now fully aligned between Embed and Direct, with a new Starter edition introduced exclusively for Embed to support smaller, emerging deals.
