They are equipped with enterprise skills that serve as guardrails, ensuring every workflow adheres to your organization’s security, compliance, and policy requirements. However, some decisions require human insight.
With Business Approvals in Agent Studio, you can now seamlessly insert human decision points into your AI-powered workflows. When a process reaches a step that needs oversight—such as quota reviews, discount approvals, or exception handling—the workflow routes the decision to the right person. This ensures critical decisions receive the necessary scrutiny while maintaining automation speed and efficiency.

Complex business rules can be difficult to manage and maintain as your organization grows. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Decision Models—a new asset type that optimizes how business rules are processed within your workflows.
Built with Decision Tables, Decision Models make it easy to define, visualize, and maintain logic-based rules outside of your recipes. This separation allows for quick updates without code changes, reducing technical debt and increasing agility.
We’re starting with single-table models, with plans to support graphs of multiple tables so you can handle even the most complex logic with ease.
Localized Date Formats: A Truly Global Platform

To support our global customers, we’ve upgraded all platform date formats to follow the latest Intl API standard. This means dates now automatically display in the user’s local format, providing a natural and familiar experience worldwide.
What this means for you:
- Native date formatting for non-English locales (e.g., Japanese: 2025年9月22日, Korean: 2025년 9월 22일, Portuguese: 22 de set. de 2025)
- Preservation of US (MM/DD/YYYY) and UK (DD/MM/YYYY) formats for English locales
- Continued support for 12- and 24-hour clock preferences
This ensures that users worldwide see dates in their familiar format, improving clarity and reducing errors in global workflows.
