Platform Connectors – November 2025
NetSuite SOAP
Enhancement
We’ve improved the NetSuite Initialize Operation action to support additional record transformations. Users can now initialize more record types from related records. This enables broader automation scenarios and greater flexibility.
Enhancement
We’ve introduced an action-level override for the “runServerSuiteScriptAndWorkflowTriggers” setting. Users can now set this parameter at the action level, which takes precedence over the connection-level setting. This provides more granular control over workflow triggers.
Enhancement
We’ve added support for including “FileSearchBasic” in the “TransactionSearch” criteria. Users can now use “File join: Internal ID” as a search field. This enables more comprehensive and precise search capabilities.
Jira
Enhancement
We’ve added support for change detection in the “New/Updated Issue” actions and triggers. Users can now track and manage updates more efficiently, resulting in a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience.

We’ve corrected the mapping for the “jobOptions” field in the “Import Bulk Data” action. This ensures successful bulk data imports and enables smoother integration migrations.
Workday
Bug Fix
We’ve updated the Submit Project action to include the “External_Project_Reference” field for Schema v44.1, enabling reliable project submission and seamless integration with Workday.
