Platform Connectors in September 2025
Oracle Fusion
Enhancement
We have consolidated Oracle Fusion connectivity by enhancing our platform connector with key SOAP-based actions, previously available only in the SDK connector. Users can now access 19 newly added SOAP-based actions through a single, unified connector. This streamlines integration and simplifies connection management for all Oracle Fusion Cloud use cases.
NetSuite SOAP
Enhancement
We’ve enhanced the NetSuite SOAP connector so that users can now create Return Authorizations referencing Sales Orders, expanding automation possibilities and aligning with advanced NetSuite workflows.
Confluent Cloud
Enhancement
We’ve introduced a new batch action feature to the Confluent Cloud connector, enabling users to publish multiple messages to a topic in a single operation. Users can now configure the field for each message and benefit from clear guidance on partial processing behavior. This enhancement increases efficiency and flexibility for high-volume messaging scenarios.
XML Tools by Workato
Enhancement
We’ve expanded the capabilities of XSLT actions in XML Tools by Workato to support non-atomic parameters, including Single Node, Document Node, Sequence of Atomic, and Sequence of Nodes. Users can now use individual controls for each action line, enjoy improved configuration forms, and easily identify applications with labeled icons.
Confluence
Enhancement
We’ve added a new scope selector to the Confluence connector for OAuth2.0 authentication, allowing users to choose granular scopes when connecting. This enhancement gives users more control and customization options, improving security and integration flexibility.
SAP Concur
Bug Fix
We’ve added a multi-select control type for fields that require multiple values in the SAP Concur connector. Users can now select multiple entitlements, such as “Travel” and “Expense,” when creating expense users. This update ensures comprehensive access and streamlines expense management.
Webhooks by Workato
Bug Fix
We’ve updated the webhook registration logic for recipes connected to On-Premise Jira via Workato On-Premise Agent (OPA). The connector now dynamically selects the appropriate endpoint based on the Jira version, enabling users to activate webhook-based recipes seamlessly.
SharePoint
Bug Fix
We’ve improved the SharePoint connector to handle special characters, including spaces, in site URLs during file uploads. Users can now upload files to sites with spaces in their URLs without encountering errors, ensuring smoother migrations and broader compatibility.
Workday
Bug Fix
We’ve corrected the schema generation logic for custom object fields in the Workday connector. Users can now update records using the Create/Update Custom Object Action with multi-instance reference types, ensuring improved reliability.
Excel
Enhancement
We’ve added support for Worksheet ID selection across all actions in the Excel connector. Users can now easily select worksheets using a picklist, including a toggle field for the Add Table to Worksheet action. This enhancement streamlines workflow setup and increases flexibility.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Enhancement
We’ve introduced a toggle field that allows users to enter a schema’s logical name as plain text in the Dynamics 365 connector. This eliminates the need for hard-coded Table IDs, ensuring recipes remain compatible across different Dynamics CRM environments.
Salesforce
Bug Fix
We’ve removed an unnecessary API request in the “Upsert record in bulk with CSV” action in Salesforce, resolving the 404 error. Users can now create, update, upsert, and retry bulk jobs from CSV files reliably, improving bulk data operations.
NetSuite REST
Bug Fix
We’ve implemented a utility method in the NetSuite REST adapter to filter out empty department objects when creating journal entries. Users can now create journal entries without encountering errors related to empty department fields. This method is applied only when enabled for a user.
Jira
Bug Fix
We’ve updated the logic for displaying available project issue types in the Jira connector’s dropdown menu, particularly on mobile and Microsoft Teams. Users can now view all available project issue types when creating or updating issues.
Azure OpenAI
Bug Fix
We’ve enhanced the Azure OpenAI connector to automatically handle higher API versions for the Send Message action. Users can now send messages using the latest models without manual configuration, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
