Platform Connector Updates: Enhancements and Bug Fixes

SharePoint

Bug Fix

We’ve introduced a new “Include all file types” field in the file search function. Users can now set this field to true to ensure all file types, including PNG files, are returned in search results—even when using existing file name criteria. This update makes it easier to locate all relevant files and enhances the accuracy of search results.

Google Drive

Enhancement

We’ve added a feature to display the file link in the output after a Google Drive upload action. Users can now immediately access the uploaded file link upon completion of the upload. This streamlines workflows and makes file sharing more efficient.

Google Drive

Bug Fix

We’ve improved the Google Drive New or Updated CSV file batch trigger to handle malformed CSV files more gracefully. When a malformed CSV is encountered, the file is now skipped and an error field is displayed with details, allowing the remaining jobs to continue processing without interruption. Users can now rely on uninterrupted automation workflows and receive clear error reporting for any problematic files.

Wrike

Bug Fix
We’ve improved the Wrike connector’s datahub feedback actions by updating the “Create Fields” and “Delete Records” actions. The “mirrorFields” type is now correctly defined as an array of objects, and “recordIds” is now an array of objects with an “id” field. Users can now map data more accurately and experience smoother data management processes.

Salesforce

Bug Fix
We’ve enhanced the “Search records (batch)” action by adding support for a new flag, ‘skip_is_deleted’. When this flag is set to true, the action will correctly return deleted records when the Deleted filter is set to “yes”. Users can now reliably retrieve deleted records, making data recovery and auditing more straightforward.

NetSuite REST

Bug Fix
We’ve updated the “Limit” field in formula mode within the NetSuite REST Execute SuiteQL query action. Users can now dynamically set the result limit up to 1000 records using formulas, enabling more flexible and customized queries.

Marketo

Bug Fix
We’ve enhanced the cloning process for programs and smart campaigns by ensuring that asset names containing special characters, such as percent signs, are properly handled. Input names are now URL encoded before being passed in the request. Users can now clone assets with special characters in their names without encountering errors, streamlining campaign management and asset duplication.

NetSuite REST

Enhancement

We’ve added the BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOM Revision objects to the NetSuite REST connector’s picklist. Users can now select these objects when performing Create, Update, Delete, Search, and Get record actions. This update expands integration capabilities and supports more comprehensive NetSuite workflows.

XML Tools Connector

Enhancement

We’ve added support for JSON as a structured response in the XML Tools Connector. Users can now select JSON as their preferred output format, enabling greater flexibility and compatibility with XML to XSLT transformations that produce JSON results. This enhancement allows for more versatile data handling and integration scenarios.

Confluent Cloud

Enhancement
We’ve added support for nested JSON schema in Confluent Cloud. Users can now handle more complex data structures, enabling advanced data modeling and improved data processing capabilities within their integrations.

HubSpot

Enhancement
We’ve enhanced error message observability in HubSpot integrations. Users can now view detailed error messages that include both the HTTP status code and specific response content, such as “409 Conflict: Contact already exists. Existing ID: 124243060412.” This provides clearer insights for troubleshooting and faster issue resolution.

Jira

Bug Fix
We’ve improved the performance of the Recipe Page when using the ‘Fields’ datatree with the Jira app. Users can now control which fields are returned in the Search Issue and Search Issues by JQL actions, and when enabled, output fields are limited to 3000. This enhancement prevents unresponsiveness and crashes, enabling smoother recipe building and better user experience.

Confluence

Bug Fix
We’ve added OAuth2 support for custom hosts, allowing users to connect to their self-hosted Confluence instances without being redirected to an Atlassian URL. Users can now seamlessly authenticate with custom URLs, ensuring a smoother connection experience for on-premises deployments.

IDP by Workato

Enhancement
We’ve introduced versioning for the IDP by Workato connector. Users can now select their preferred model version from a picklist in the input schema, maintain multiple active versions simultaneously, and benefit from a new user interface for version selection. This provides greater flexibility, improved change management, and ensures running configurations remain unaffected by future updates.

Outlook

Enhancement
We’ve updated the Outlook connector so that the trigger for new or updated emails is now polled by the filter, “lastModifiedDateTime”. Users can now monitor any updates to emails, improving workflow automation.

Stripe

Bug Fix
We’ve updated the Stripe connector by introducing a new object-type “Lines” field in the Invoice object, replacing the previous array schema. Users can now map invoices with lines in bulk and loop through all records more intuitively, enhancing data processing for triggers and actions such as Create invoice, List objects, and Get object by ID.

Oracle Fusion

Enhancement
We’ve added batch action support for creating and updating records in Oracle Fusion. Users can now perform updates and inserts in batches, streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.

Dropbox

Bug Fix
We’ve updated the Dropbox connector to support Dropbox’s new file structure. Users can now continue to run custom workflows seamlessly after the migration, ensuring compatibility and uninterrupted access to files once the migration is complete.

Workday

Bug Fix
We’ve added the “Management Chain Data” field to the “Full Data” option for the “Worker” object in the batch trigger. Users can now view comprehensive management chain information in their outputs, supporting complete HR and reporting workflows.

Google Big Query

Enhancement
We’ve improved error messaging for Google Big Query connections. Users now receive clear and meaningful error messages when an invalid key is provided, making it easier to identify and resolve connection issues.

QuickBooks

Enhancement
We’ve added support for parsing the LineEx nested object within the Payment object across the New payment trigger, Create payment action, and Update payment action. Users can now work with detailed nested payment data, improving accuracy and flexibility in payment processing workflows.

Oracle Fusion

Enhancement
We’ve made the PersonId field visible and optional in the Create HCM Contact action. Users can now include the PersonId when creating new HCM contacts, enabling more precise identification and integration within Oracle Fusion HR processes.

Mural

Enhancement
We’ve added support for additional Custom OAuth profiles in our application for Mural. Users can now authenticate with a broader range of OAuth configurations, enhancing compatibility and security for Mural integrations.

SuccessFactors

Enhancement
We’ve updated the SuccessFactors connector to utilize CSRF session tokens during metadata and picklist API calls. The system now automatically refreshes expired CSRF tokens and updates session details alongside authentication tokens. Users benefit from improved security and seamless schema generation, with backward compatibility maintained for older connections.

HTTP Digest Authentication

Enhancement
We’ve implemented a robust solution for HTTP Digest Authentication by detecting unauthorized responses, extracting digest parameters, and constructing valid Authorization headers for retrying requests. This enhancement supports all HTTP methods, enabling users to securely authenticate across a wider range of HTTP services.

Zendesk

Bug Fix
We’ve added additional datapills (custom_status_id, result_type, encoded_id, and from_messaging_channel) to the New/updated records batch trigger for the ticket object. Users can now access these fields as datapills, allowing for richer data handling and more comprehensive automation in Zendesk workflows.
