How We Built AIRO: Modern Patterns for Agentic Engineering(APJ)
Thursday, October 8th 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM SGTRegister
Building an AI prototype is easy. Engineering an agentic product that can operate reliably in production is a fundamentally different challenge.
In this session, go behind the scenes of AIRO to explore the modern engineering patterns Workato uses to build production-grade agentic experiences. We’ll move beyond prompts and model calls to examine context engineering: how agents are grounded with the right enterprise knowledge, application context, state, and memory at the right moment. See how dynamic orchestration enables agents to plan, delegate, parallelize work, use specialized capabilities, and adapt as tasks evolve, while combining deterministic workflows with agentic reasoning where each works best.
We’ll also explore the infrastructure required once agents start taking real-world action: reusable tools and skills, identity and permissions, durable execution, human approvals, recovery, and guardrails. And because agentic software is inherently non-deterministic, we’ll show how evals, end-to-end tracing, observability, and production feedback loops become core parts of the engineering lifecycle.
