Rather than continuing to build integrations from scratch, Ivanti made a strategic shift: they white-labeled Workato Embedded to launch Ivanti Neurons for iPaaS. What was once a bottleneck turned into a fully branded, customer-facing integration platform.

Workato was seamlessly embedded within the Ivanti Neurons admin console. ITSM administrators could work in the same environment they already work in every day—no context-switching required. And, with Workato’s expansive library of 1,200+ pre-built connectors and intuitive drag-and-drop editor, any Ivanti customer could build and deploy custom integrations without any developer involvement.

What previously required months of custom engineering could now be accomplished within a few days, and without placing all the weight onto developers.
