After more than 50 years in business, Epicor’s presence spans over 150 countries and 23,000 businesses, supporting \u201csmall mom and pop shops to companies supplying parts for the defense industry,\u201d according to Umang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when every team and vertical brings their own distinct apps, workflows, and requirements that don’t fit a one-size-fits-all mold, integration becomes the make-or-break differentiator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Between regular strategy meetings, joint product roadmaps, and shared customer success initiatives, Workato is always on the line, responding to portal requests in under two days or adjusting documentation within 24 hours, proving their commitment to Epicor\u2019s success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
