{"id":2531,"date":"2024-10-01T17:18:56","date_gmt":"2024-10-01T21:18:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog2wrkdev.wpenginepowered.com\/podcast-season-3\/"},"modified":"2026-09-30T08:33:04","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T12:33:04","slug":"podcast-season-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog2workato.wpengine.com\/podcast-season-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Season 3 of The New Automation Mindset Podcast Explores the Agentic AI Future"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over two seasons, 27 episodes and over 1,300 minutes, the \u201cThe New Automation Mindset Podcast\u201d has explored the challenges and opportunities of enterprise technology.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From technology to executive leadership, we\u2019ve shed light on how companies like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workato.com\/podcast\/rama-akkiraju-being-adaptable-and-rethinking-every-process-in-the-new-era-of-ai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NVIDIA<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workato.com\/podcast\/kamlesh-talreja\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Capital One<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workato.com\/podcast\/hillary-carpio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Snowflake<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workato.com\/podcast\/vishwas-chouhan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kyndryl<\/a> are approaching the difficult, but necessary, job of eliminating IT silos and running as a more connected enterprise.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the new wave of enthusiasm sparked by generative AI, we now know that a connected enterprise is a precursor to what comes next: The agentic economy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe&#8217;re just beginning to scrape the surface of how machines and humans work together\u2026you can actually have human level intelligence paired with every employee to get work done in a better, faster, entirely innovative and new way,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workato.com\/podcast\/ted-shelton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ted Shelton, in Season 1 episode 4<\/a> (at the time a partner at Bain &amp; Company, Now COO at Inflection AI).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the promise of the agentic future. But as many leaders shared over the past two seasons of the podcast, it\u2019s more than just investing in new technology.
