Moreover, they help set goals for the automations, track their performance, and assign improvement targets over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Master chef<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These automation experts can provide reusable assets (e.g. error handling framework) and automation templates to help <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workato.com\/the-connector\/what-is-a-citizen-integrator\/\">citizen integrators<\/a> build high-performing automations more easily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These individuals can also play a hand in troubleshooting automations and in building their own, especially when an automation is complex and business-critical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. It also includes reusable assets, which can take the form of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workato.com\/the-connector\/application-connectors\/\">application connectors<\/a>, data models, documentation, etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The benefits of an automation center of excellence&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your automation center of excellence is set up and providing the enablement activities outlined above, your organization is set to profit in all sorts of ways.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are a few of the top benefits you can expect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Automations will follow certain standards and best practices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By having your HQ enable citizen integrators and oversee the operations, your organization\u2019s automations are all but certain to achieve their respective aims.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
