You can read on to see what they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The obstacles that public sector organizations face in adopting automation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 50% of respondents weren\u2019t aware of any automation technologies referenced in the survey. This included mainstream technologies like an integration platform as a service (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.workato.com\/the-connector\/ipaas-complete-guide\/\">iPaaS<\/a>) and robotic process automation (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.workato.com\/the-connector\/robotic-process-automation\/\">RPA<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Given this level of unawareness, it\u2019s clear that there\u2019ll need to be a significant amount of learning before organizations can decide how they approach automation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the report calls out, this education can be provided by a technology partner that\u2019s familiar with the automation space and the unique challenges that public sector organizations face.
