Latch\u2019s multi-faceted, high-growth performance requires a digital ecosystem that\u2019s powerful, agile, and perhaps most importantly, easily customizable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultimately, it wasn\u2019t easily adjustable to their fast-changing business needs, its data transactions were too slow, and it required far too much of their engineers\u2019 time to maintain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How a simple integration broke through the technology conundrum<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To address the high-maintenance\/low-results issue with their point-to-point integration, Latch aligned with the Connor Group, a specialized professional services firm and Workato partner, to help them scale their FinOps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steve Attanasio, Senior Manager of Financial Operations at Latch, was immediately impressed by Workato\u2019s intuitive user interface, which not only allowed multiple business lines to work on integrations, but also inspired new ones. Attanasio recognized that the FinOps team could \u201cown the solution moving forward\u201d and \u201cmake the adjustments necessary to the recipes\u201d. He explained further:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
