Learning Salesforce can seem complicated but Trailhead is a way to break it down and make it fun. That’s why we were so excited to host Singapore’s first ever Trailhead workshop with Salesforce MVP, Johan Yu at the Workato office!

About 25 people attended the session and earned their Trailhead Badges and T-Shirts! Trailhead isn’t a sit and listen sort of workshop – attendees come with their laptop and are guided through the first couple of modules. The true advantage is that you have access to Salesforce experts to ask any questions you might have, which was perfect for the diverse group of business owners who attended the first session!

The goal of Trailhead is not just to educate people about Salesforce but also to cultivate a community of business leaders in Singapore who can support each other. We’ll be having more sessions for the Salesforce user group, so stay tuned if you’d like to attend!

Our User Experience Expert, Allan Teng, also provided a short overview of Workato and how we can easily integrate Salesforce with hundreds of cloud apps. We were excited that a lot of users were really interested to learn more and asked a lot of questions.
