We have made our Workflow Apps so much easier to create from scratch and manage with the new App view! Everything related to a workflow app now resides in a single project tab: stages of a workflow process, related app pages, data layer for the app, and automation recipes with business logic.

The updates include:

• New App View that is available for all your existing and future app-based projects
• Configurable tabs to show additional information for the app or design alternative request pages
• Selection of a page became optional in Workflow Apps connector actions since pages are now directly assigned to specific workflow stages

Our commitment to security is unwavering. In this exciting release, we're introducing an API endpoint that allows customers to seamlessly rotate public keys used for JWT tokens.

Key Features & Changes:

• Public Key Rotation via API: Enhance your security posture by rotating your RSA Public Key directly through our new API, without the need to communicate them in plain text.
• Retrieve Your Workato Embedded Vendor ID: In the API response, you can easily retrieve the vendor_id, which provides the essential Workato Embedded Vendor ID for JWT.
• Updated Terminology: We're continuously improving clarity! The term previously known as the OEM Vendor API Key has now been renamed to "Workato Embedded Vendor ID" in our documentation.

Exciting news! We’ve introduced two enhanced security features: project-level properties and lookup tables access limit, now available to all users without any limitations or specific requirements!

Project-Level Properties: Located in the ‘Project settings’ tab, these properties are exclusive to recipes in the same project and are accessible to users with the appropriate permissions and visibility.

Lookup Tables: Users can now adjust the availability zone for lookup tables from ‘All projects’ to a specific project, making them accessible only to users with the right permissions and visibility to that project.

We're thrilled to announce advancements to the Embedded API via the Export Manifests API. Dive into advanced operations as you "create, retrieve, update, and delete" export manifests. Not only does it handle asset transfers efficiently, but it also kicks off export operations by generating builds and creating package zip files.

We've introduced a new versioning scheme, major and minor version numbers only (21.0).
