Many businesses have been asking for Workato integration and automation plans that include enterprise level support, so we are introducing two more plans that vary by the app tiers used but still provide Gold level support. Choose from our new Business Plan which includes unlimited integration use of Tier 1 apps and two Tier 2 Apps of your choice, or the Hybrid Cloud Plan which includes automation for Tier 3 Apps and On-Premise Applications like MySQL and Oracle. For all 3 Enterprise plans, Recipe Troubleshooting and tuning is guaranteed a response by phone, chat or email within 12 hours Monday to Friday, 24/7.
